The location, and the 7/11 in the building was a fun extra. We could put our lugages after check-out for the rest of the day. We were very happy with our stay and will come again!

Valuable and Good Location
1. Good location, that has convenience store right below the hotel. There is a tram station and a few bus stops (slightly away from the hotel) that goes to Hakodate Station. Walkable distance to Goryokaku Koen. 2. Good spread of breakfast buffet 3. Room size was slightly bigger than the average room size in Tokyo.
Even though there is a tram that goes to Hakodate station, it may not be the most accessible as it is only available until 7 PM, and be aware of their public holiday as it may not be available as well.
